Very high stress levels!!!

We got the O.K. for the house. So that's it right? wrong. Someone was absent from work the day the papers came through the offices for everyone to sign off on their part of t he loan. Well, that missing O.K. is causing us another week of delay. This person allows pools to be apart of the loan. Apparently this particular loan does not include a pool. WHAT!!! who ever heard of that. so it's a big deal that the person who was gone really needed to give an O.K. Sigh, so once again we are left waiting and waiting and waiting.........this is so annoying. we planned on having everyone from church help us this weekend. but I have not packed for fear it would be a "NO you are not approved " why pack if you get denied. the closing was suppose to be last Friday, but than this came about. SO our mortgage guy said we should know Tuesday by the latest. well, it's Tuesday night and no word. Buying a house is too hard!!!!!!!

we're buying a house

We have been waiting on getting approved for the loan. WE HAVE BEEN APPROVED!!!!! And so now I can post and tell everyone that we are buying a house! We are so excited. It's our first one. So the house has 4 bedroooms and two full baths. It's about 2,000 sq ft. The thing we like the most is it has 6 acres. WOW 6 acres. And i can garantee that the price we are paying for it will make all your mouths drop. It is such a deal. It's WAY less than 200,000. WAY WAY less. WAY WAY WAY less. I think my point is made. It is a sound house. It needs no repairs. The roof was just put on two years ago, the heating/ air cond is only two years old. all the windows are brand new. The barn that you will see in the pic is brand new. the kitchen has all been re-done. The pool was just converted to salt water. Seriously, it is such a deal. we are so excited. we will be moving in the last week of march.
Also the other thing we like or I like is in the front yard there is a 30' by 20' (maybe bigger) slab of concrete. An old house was there and then burned down. It's a perfect spot for a studio!!!!!! O.k so look at the pictures and drool over 6 acres.

For every one else Scott has been wanting this helicopter for a LONG time. after much waiting for the mail to bring it. It FINALLY arrived. You really can't tell but on this day we are under tornado watch. this is a small break between storms. enough to let scott fly his new toy. All day we had HIGH winds. Something you don't fly anything in.

O.K. so since I have a studio I have to play. This effect is hard to get without the proper equipment. This is all fixed up with photoshop. I hope to get the equipment soon so i don't have to spend so much time on photoshop. I am showing you the work put into theses photos. This is why you pay so much to have your kids pictures done. Of course proffesionals do this alot faster and know what they are doing. I am still just learning.

what scott did for valentine's day

O.k so Thayne's birthday happened and blah...blah....blah... I just wanted to give a kudos to my husband. Since Thayne's birthday is on valentines day and we are usually busy with him that day we don't really get to celebrate like most sweet lover's. so I told Scott that I think it would be a great i dea if my car was detailed. I have not washed it for 6 months. It only has one hubcap and looks like it's redneck neighbors. So he woke up @ 4:00 am on Valentine's Day to make my car beautiful. He even bought new hubcaps. I think he would have bought rims but they were a little pricey. so now i can drive my pretty car around and not look so redneck. I'm so happy!!! He cleaned the inside so good and bought new floor mats. I married such a sweet man. Even if I have to tell him bluntly what I want. We all know most men don't understand hints. I LOVE YOU BOY! THANK YOU!!!

Our little valentine. Happy Birthday Thayne!

Thayne is 3 years old. I can't belive it. He is officially in primary. He has grown so fast. I now understand the meaning of where did the time go? It was just yesterday that he needed a bottle or was being swaddled in a blanket. He was still wearing onesies and diapers. Now he showers himseelf and brushes his own teeth. Not a moment goes by that he tells me "no mom I do it." Or "go away mom I can do it." I'm so proud of my boy and how indepentdent he is. And even though he wants do it himself he still needs kisses for his owies and still needs cudddles after waking up.

He was born on valentines day. He is our sweet little valentine. No longer will scott and I have date night on valentines. that's O.K.

we had a huge party and it rained. Lucky for us 15 kids still showed up. so we all hung out under the carport and had lots of fun! We borrowed a bounce house thing from a friend. What a wonderful invention!!!!!

Thayne got a bike. He really was excited but this picture just shows the tears of joy.

Studio Pictures

So this weekend we went to "The Bodies exhibit" That was the coolest thing ever! If it comes to your town you need to go see it. The Human body is so fasinating! It's amazing how we are built and how everything comes together to make us work. All I can say is WOW! Truley if you have the chance pay to go!
Also today I went and played in the studio. Just played with lighting techniques and stuff. I'm impressed. Tell me what you think.

My favorites are Thayne with the flowers and Kaydee with the flower. I'm getting my personal technique to it, my personal touch. Photoshop is awsome with how it can really fix up the colors!
